long will it take for my order to reach me?
We mail orders out as soon as we possibly can. Generally, US orders
will arrive within 7-10 days. At the very latest, you can expect your
order to arrive within 2-3 weeks.
How
do you ship?
Books and tapes are generally shipped via DHL or US priority mail unless
you make a specific request for FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
How
do you ship international orders?
When placing international orders, please know that our webhosting service automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the fastest air delivery, which can be quite expensive. However, there are less expensive options, which will still deliver your order in a timely fashion. To inquire about these rates and methods of shipping, please contact the CoreLight office at ganesh@corelight.orgor by phone at (505) 424-8844 extension 5.
Or, go ahead and place your order online now. It will appear as though you are choosing the fastest air delivery and paying the higher price. However, we will not charge your credit card or send your order until we have a confirmed agreement with you as to which method of shipping you wish to use. Instead, we will contact you by email with available shipping options, including estimated arrival dates and shipping prices. ONLY after we have received confirmation from you by reply email to confirm your shipping choice and acceptance of the total order price, will we charge your credit card and ship your order.
Some examples of shipping prices for global priority, if this option is available are:
A single CD or a CD and an audio tape: $12.00
Two CDs or two audio tapes: $16.00
One small book: $12.00
Two small books or one large book: $16.00
